advertising venues, such as, the local newspaper, the FMLS & GAMLS, the
internet, and much more. I will order a termite inspection letter to avoid any
surprises along with putting your home under a HOME TRUST WARRANTY covering
you for the first 6 months at no cost to you.

take pictures and have a virtual tour. You will receive a monthly
progress report and feedback from the prospective buyers. Plus any
changes, additional ideas and suggestions. I will do a personal walk
thru-home inspection so that when your home sells, you will have already
completed the repairs which will net you more money on your home. I will
walk you through the paperwork, purchase offer, negotiations and steps

My experience began when I was very young. My family invested in a variety on properties. As a child I was taught how to buy, sell, invest, and remodel all types of real estate. From single family homes to multi-family apartments complexes to undeveloped land. As an adult I have applied what I was taught as a child. In recent years, I have bought and sold over $2.3 million in personal real estate. I have a passion for what I do.

ABOUT YOUR AGENT
For 15 years I worked in sales and management for a very large corporation with 27000 employees in the US. I was always in the top 10% of the company's sales nationwide. In 1998 with the knowledge and training I received in the previous 15 years, I decided to leave and become self employed as a business consultant. That year I founded TBC, The Business Consulting Group, Inc. My focus was to assist large corporation and companies in lowing their operating expenses while assisting them in becoming more efficient.
In 2002 I purchased a fledging logistics company that shipped anything from fine art to pure junk all over the world. And in 2003 I purchased another company that needed assistance in their growth and operations in the restaurant equipment sales, service, repair, and& design.
Since 1970 I have owned, leased, and managed my own real estate. Currently I own a number of rental properties in three states. My newest venture is owning and managing commercial property.
